On the upper floor, you will find three spacious bedrooms with impressively high ceilings and exposed wooden beams, which emphasize the authentic character of the finca. A further bathroom completes this floor.

The spacious plot offers numerous possibilities for individual use. In addition to outbuildings and storage areas, there is an orchard with various citrus trees, a private well and a rainwater cistern. Keeping animals is also easily possible here.

The pool area with views of the surrounding hilly landscape invites you to relax. Despite the size of the plot, the maintenance requirements remain manageable, as the fenced area around the house, terrace, pool and orchard is mainly used. This is comparatively low-maintenance thanks to the many terraced areas and fruit trees.
